Our Team

Capt. Riccardo Marano has been directing our organization since 1982, year of foundation.

To ensure the highest levels of professional pilot training our staff comprises of some of the most experienced and sought-after professionals in the Italian aviation industry. The vast majority our flight and ground instructors’ team are qualified pilots, instructors and examiners coming from Alitalia Airlines. Our staff also includes a Language Proficiency Examiner for the Test of English for Aviation (TEA).

Most of our instructors are employed on a full time basis, thus ensuring an almost-daily availability.

Last but not least, is our maintenance technician team headed by Roberto De Luca (Eng.) that ensures airworthiness and maintenance to all our aircraft.
