DEDICATED MAINTENANCE SUPPORT FOR OUR FLEET
Aviomar Flight Academy provides comprehensive aircraft maintenance services under the CAO (Continuing Airworthiness Organisation) framework, ensuring high standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
We specialize in base maintenance for aircraft from major general aviation manufacturers, including Cessna, Piper, and Diamond Aircraft Industries. We are also qualified as a Fleet Operator for Diamond Aircraft Industries.
Our activities include both structural interventions and avionics maintenance operations, ensuring comprehensive technical support throughout the entire aircraft lifecycle.
MAINTENANCE AND TECHNICAL INTERVENTIONS

We perform all major scheduled maintenance inspections, including:
Inspections at 50, 100, 200, 1,000 and 2,000 hours (MSI)
Special and unscheduled maintenance interventions in accordance with approved maintenance programs
In support of avionics activities, we offer:
Avionics IFR bench tests
Static and dynamic testing of pitot-static systems
We also carry out:
Engine and powerplant replacement
Propeller replacement for overhaul
Minor structural repairs on airframes and components
TECHNICAL OFFICE AND AIRWORTHINESS
Our Airworthiness Technical Office ensures full management of continuing airworthiness, including:
Maintenance planning
Technical documentation management
Development and revision of Maintenance Programs
Regulatory support
At our facilities, the ARC (Airworthiness Review Certificate) service is available, with in-house authorized ARS (Airworthiness Review Staff), ensuring fast turnaround times and maximum efficiency in airworthiness renewal and control procedures.
OUR TECHNICIANS
Our team of maintenance technicians consists of highly qualified and certified personnel, operating in full compliance with current aeronautical regulations. Maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and are integrated within a structured Safety Management System (SMS), aimed at ensuring the highest standards of operational safety, quality, and technical reliability.
The staff includes Certifying Staff holding licenses compliant with Part-66 Cat. B1.2, B2, B3 and C, authorized to certify maintenance interventions on aircraft and their related systems, including avionics. All technicians participate in initial and recurrent training programs, which include technical updates, regulatory training, and activities dedicated to safety and culture in accordance with just culture principles, in line with the requirements of the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and international best practices in the aeronautical sector.
