AVIOMAR offers the following modular theoretical courses in “Distance Learning”:
- PPL(A)
- LAPL(A)
- IR(A)
- CPL(A)
- ATPL(A)
The choice to “attend” a distance learning course is ideal for those students who are unable to follow a full time ground course. With an interactive web based training platform, students are able to effectively follow the theoretical course wherever they are and at any time of the day, directly from an internet-connected PC.
It is also possible to monitor one’s performance and progress throughout the course with a wide range of progress tests, brush up papers, and quick questions.
Our web-based system is developed by Cranfield Aviation Training School (CATS), a worldwide leader in distance learning training courses and has proven to be extremely successful with thousands of student pilots worldwide.

Current regulations require students to attend short in-class sessions where it is possible, with the help of our Ground Instructors, to perform group exercises and to do in-depth cover of any subject which might not be clear before undertaking the final examinations.
Admission requirements and practical training are identical to equivalent full-time modular courses.
