MCC Training is considered as one of the most important steps in Airline Pilot training. It is part of our ATPL integrated courses and it is necessary for CPL/IR holders before applying for multi pilot aircraft ratings. The objectives of MCC training are optimum decision making, communication, task sharing, use of check-lists, mutual supervision, teamwork, and support throughout all phases of flight under normal, abnormal and emergency conditions. The training emphasises the development of non-technical skills applicable to working in a multi-crew environment.
Valid CPL/IR-ME license or enrolment as an ATPL Integrated student.
Structure of the course
20 hours on Alsim ALX-500 flight simulator (ATPL Integrated students may have their training reduced to 15 hours).
