This Ryanair Future Flyer Academy - Gateway 1: Modular Training is for modular students holding a PPL(A) and who have completed ATPL theory examinations.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
This program is designed for students following a modular training program and satisfies the following:
- A minimum of 18 years of age
- A minimum English level requirement of IELTS 4.5 or ICAO level 4
- Have completed an aptitude assessment with Aviomar Flight Academy and a Ryanair approved personnel interview process (1 day online, 1 day on-site in Rome).
- An EASA class 1 medical
- An EASA PPL(A) License with ICAO English Level 4, valid SEP(Land) and Night rating
- Have successfully completed the EASA ATPL(A) Theoretical Knowledge Examinations
- Have a flight experience of at least 100 hours as PIC and 150 hours Total Time
- Have the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and/or UK
- To be able to produce a criminal record check (CRC) basic disclosure certificate before training can commence.
- To be able to demonstrate successful completion of secondary or high school education (or equivalent).
COURSE STRUCTURE
The Gateway 1 Modular course will include the following modules:
- Modular CPL(A) Practical Course
- Instrument Rating IR-SE
- Multi Engine Class Rating
- Instrument Rating IR-ME Add On
- Advanced UPRT Course
- Airline Pilots Standard APS MCC course on Boeing 737-800.
A fully bonded B737-800 Type Rating will be sponsored by the airline on successful completion of the course and final assessment.
